Apple’s product launches are like nothing else in the tech industry, unveiling the latest and greatest in new smartphone functionality with flair and a serious “wow” factor. This year’s Apple launch heralded 3 new iPhones: the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR, along with a major overhaul to their wearables line with the Series 4 Apple Watch.

The successors to last year’s incredibly successful iPhone X, have bigger screens and faster processors, perfect for experiencing portable entertainment at its finest via the DIRECTV app. The new entry-level iPhone XR also debuted yesterday, with increased functionality and a wide range of colors to choose from. It offers a price point halfway between older models and the new iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max.

  • Has Dual SIM/Dual Standby capability, for an increase in versatility
  • An advanced camera app that lets you adjust the depth of field after you take a photo
  • It comes in Space Gray, Silver, and Gold on a glass frame
  • The iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will be released on Friday, September 21

iPhone XR

  • The power of the top-tier iPhones with an entry-level price
  • The XR comes with a 6.1 inch LCD display
  • Contains the same A12 Bionic chip as the XS, which can launch apps up 30% faster
  • Rear 12MP Single Camera
  • Available in white, black, red, blue, and yellow on an aluminum frame

Apple Watch Series 4

  • FDA-approved ECG sensor
  • 64-bit dual core processor, making it twice as fast as the Series 3
  • Slimmer than the Series 3, and made entirely of black ceramic and sapphire crystal for better reception
  • Detects falls, sends alerts, and can help place emergency calls
  • The Apple Watch Series 4 will be released on Friday, September 21
