NBC’s sensational singing competition, The Voice, is back for a brand new season.

Coaches Alicia Keys, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton have all returned to lead their teams to victory. And there’s also a newcomer that you might have heard of, 3-time Grammy Award winner Kelly Clarkson.

Clarkson hopes to be successful this season. Her spunky attitude, certified talent, and years of experience will all give her a good chance at victory. But her real X factor is that she’s the only judge who personally knows what it takes to win a singing competition like The Voice.

In addition to new coach Clarkson, the show is introducing a new Voice Chair that will undoubtedly be a game-changer. With sleek new features like a hand-sculpted aluminum shell, a metallic automobile-paint finish, and chrome cup holders, the chair looks great, but it’s probably the new “Block” buttons that will interest fans the most.

Along with the usual big red button, each coach’s chair will now feature 3 new buttons with the names of the other 3 coaches. These buttons, which can only be used once during the auditions, allow each coach to stop another coach from getting an artist. In addition, the coaches won’t know that they’ve been blocked until it’s time to turn the chairs around.

With Coach Kelly ready to shake things up and the addition of new block buttons, the competition will be fiercer than ever. Make sure to pick your team and see how it all unfolds this season on The Voice.
