DIRECTV is pleased to announce the addition of the ASPiRE network to its programming offerings, now available in Xtra packages and above on channel 381.
Created by legendary athlete and entrepreneur, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, ASPiRE celebrates the African-American experience, promoting positive images and achievements of African Americans through authentic reality, documentaries, series, and unique entertainment from a new generation of artistic voices.
To celebrate its launch, ASPiRE is featuring an exciting lineup of programming throughout November and December, including holiday-themed titles.

Likewise, 20-year entertainment veteran Kandi Burress seeks to provide “Education, Empowerment & Enrichment” to single parents and children from single-parent homes through her organization, Kandi Cares. Check out their profiles on ChangeMakers.
